IRONSITE MAINTENACE PLANS

Baked into your service agreement, we offer preventative maintenance programs that cater to the unique needs of your gated community. Following a comprehensive checklist specific to your type of gate system, our expert technicians identify and fix issues before they become costly repairs or complete replacements. 

Check main gate and track

Assess operator motors and belts, clear tracks of debris and dirt.

Oil and grease components

Ensure drive chains are lubricated, rollers are greased, hinges aren't stuck.

Electrical and safety devices

Back-up power supply, Knox boxes, maglocks, loops, emergency systems.

Access control systems

Biometrics, RFID Technology, vehicle detection systems, keypads/intercoms.

    • Check and tighten hinges on rollers as needed

    • Inspect for excessive wear and stress

    • Check brackets for secure mounting

    • Inspect for proper alignment and security

    • Oil or grease rollers, bearings, hinges and/or any moving parts as needed

    • Check overall operator of gate

    • Slide gates - check chain for sag and tighten as needed

    • Check gear reducer oil level

    • Check all sprockets and pulleys for proper alignment and tighten setscrews as needed

    • Oil or grease bearings and chain

    • Check belts for excessive wear

    • Check the clutch and adjust as needed

    • Check electrical connections

    • Check all safety devices for proper operation

    • Check overall operation of gate operator

    • Proposal for any recommended repairs will be sent after each inspection

    • It is agreed that either party will have the right to cancel this program with (30) days written notice
